problem with sams club app on my iphone?

I have a sams club app on my iphone and when i am trying to use it it keeps making a beeping sound then updates the screan. It says on there, page 1 out of four, then page 2 out of four so on so on each time. Nothing else seems to change on the screan. How can I get this to stop? thanks.

I found out its the adds updating but it only seems to it with vo on.
